ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Shefali.

I’ve spent most of my career working in communications — across journalism, public relations, and non-profit work in India, the United States, South Africa, and Singapore. Early in my career, I studied journalism at the USC Annenberg School.

More recently, I earned an MSc in psychology from Northumbria University, which reshaped how I understand attention, attachment, meaning, and identity in daily life.

I created Deliverables as a space to share what I’m noticing about the hidden psychological currents shaping our everyday experiences.
